The role of the EMR is to quickly respond, assess, treat, and stabilize the patient until more advanced care arrives. A tool a trained EMR must use is the Medical Patient Assessment, which involves a Primary and Secondary Survey. Now that you are equipped with the understanding of the operations performed in these modules, please revisit these videos and write detailed notes on the step-by-step process of the Medical Patient Assessment.
